The Bridge House

This is a big family house for a beach location. It's in scandinavian light pine and stone. I decided early on to make this basegame, it's fairly easy when I download from other creators.



This house comes in 2 versions:
1. The original beach house is here on mts. The reason for that is the place i built it. I didn't really think beachlots could be used, so my plan was all the time to move it to a flat lot. The world I made it on will be up soon, and I found out it can be placed on the same location without problems. You may also be able to make it work elsewhere. You may even do as I did, just plopp it down somewhere flat and make it fit the terrain. It's built on a foundation, easy peasy. You may even have Season's and Island Paradise and plopp down a pole for a boat, as I did during testing of the world and this lot.

Floorplan:
1. floor: Big kitchen/diner, hallway, gallery/livingroom, library, mediaroom/TV, bathroom. 2 big balconies with a diningtable and some chairs, a pool and bbq.
2. floor: 2 neutral bedrooms with a playroom and a bathroom, double bed apartment with it's own bathroom and small kitchen, 1 sauna room and a big guest bathroom. A couple of balconies with some regular chairs and lounge chairs.
3. floor: Master suite with bathroom, bedroom, changingroom, and hallway with a big roof balcony with a seating group.



The world I made it for is called Castle Island and is just a small little Island with a few challenges for builders or players who likes to build. It's also basegame and on it's last beta now. I have a few issues I have to fix, and some challenges I have to test first, before release.
