This is a big family house or an apartment building. It can house far more people than the game allowes at present. The game doesn't work with apartment buildings now, but your game play may make this a sensible solution.



I have made the house with several bedrooms in different styles. Some modern with period features and some more traditional.



It contains 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, livingroom with TV and sprinklersystem, kitchen/diner with doors to a porch and outside terrace. BBQ on the terrace, garden with plants and seating.



The bedrooms are organized as:
1. Double with a nursery upstairs
2. Double with a kids bedroom downstairs
3. Two doubles
