spacious white familyhouse with a big openplan kitchen, mediaroom, library, dressingrooms, gym, bar, bbq and a big fountain in the garden.



On the main floor this house has a mediaroom with TV and stereo, dressingroom with those deco shelfs to hang on the wall as well as a regular dresser. It also has a good size guest bathroom. The library is beside the high open plan kitchen.



I found out I could have a two floor high room with lights evenly distributed with a tiny bit of sequence on the building, nothing more than that. Tutorial here: http://www.volvenomtullarask.com/tu...or-high-hallway



On the upper floor is 2 kids bedrooms and a mastersuite with bathroom and dressingroom. In a building on the other corner of the lot is a bar by the fountain and a gym on the upper floor. The gym can be reach via a corridor on the upper floor.



The garden has some jets in the fountain and a bbq.

Installation:

unzip the folder, and just put the files as they are in the tray folder.
I bulldozed Parkshore 30x40 and built it there.
