A country-style house on a 15 x 25 lot, furnished for 4+1 sims. The basic structure of this is very similar to Hatwick, only back to front and with a different floorplan. It is a bit cheaper as well – furniture and deco are thus quite sparse.



Required custom content: Just-A-Column 4/4 and 5/4 by Flabaliki – these aren’t online anymore, so I’m attaching them here as a separate download

Recommended custom content: Default override for the cherry three, by myself, available in this post if you want it (note that this will of course override all of the cherry trees in your game).
