Whilst waiting for The Sims 4 to arrive, I figured I should finish this house!



The house is a large suburban mansion inspired by southern suburbs, like Texas or South Carolina. With everything being bigger in Texas, I decided to follow suit.

The house has five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It also has a two car garage, formal dining room and a large den.

I furnished most of the first floor and some of the second floor, but I didn't wanna overdo it, as I know many of you like to decorate your own rooms. The four main bedrooms are quite large an can fit several beds. The study is slightly smaller and has a more awkward shape, but it can easily be used as a bedroom.



The house costs 71,498 unfurnished, and 116,299 furnished.
It lays on a 25x35 lot, as usual.
