I have always liked the way American houses look, especially the homes in states like California and Colorado. With this in mind, I decided making a Colorado-inspired home. I am very pleased with the results! The house has great curb-appeal, and I also tried hard to not neglect the sides and the back of the house. The house features the stereotypical two-storey foyer/living room, but the rest of the house is quite modest.



First floor covers the kitchen, living room, den, dining room, garage and one half bath, while you can find the bedrooms and full bathrooms on the 2nd floor. The whole thing goes for 112,082 furnished and 64,761 unfurnished.



I must say I was lucky with the color scheme! I thought all the different colors on the fascade would be too much, but it turned out just fine. The blue/brown and red/brown color scheme follows the entire outside of the house.

This house was completed in a mere few hours, meaning I haven't over-designed every single corner of the house, so feel free to make your own interiors!
