I imagine this house being built sometime in the 1980s. For that reason, the interior has some decor from the 80s and 90s, but it's mostly brand new and modern. At the first floor you will find one large bedroom, a rec-room/TV-room and a single-car garage. The second floor is almost completely open, with a spacous kitchen and sprawling living room with a great view to the outside. The last two bedrooms (one of which is a nursery) are located at the third floor.
