I put this lot together really quick because I needed some extra places for my Townies to live, and I thought you guys might find it useful as well. Who DOESN'T get tired of the popup message telling you that you need more homes open before new people can move into town? Just sprinkle some of these around your town. The footprint is small and anybody can afford it. Base game items only, no CC.
