This is a tale of a little cottage that dreamed of being in a fairy tale. Ever since it was a wee sliver, it would listen at it's mom's knee to "Once upon a time". It turns out living a fairy tale is much harder than it appears. When the little sliver grew up to be a cottage, it searched the world over for "happily ever after". As often happens in these tales, the little cottage came upon a fairy, who was a witch in disguise. After completing a series of tasks, it was granted one wish. It wished to be the star of a fairy tale. Wishes do not always end up as you want. The fairy/witch renamed the cottage Fairy Tail. This made the cottage sad, so it went to live out its life on a small island. Many years later, a kind woman found it living on the island and knew it was her dream come true. She moved in with her two cats, Hansel and Gretel, and they all lived... (probably) happily ever after.

This cottage was built for the world, Petlandia Village: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=618017 It is on a tiny lot, 10 X 10, but you can place it on a larger lot and create a lovely garden for it. It includes a not big enough to be called Great Room, with kitchen and dining, 1 bedroom and 1 bath. It is perfectly priced for a starter home.
