Needed a bit more diversity in my Audio sections. I've liberated the stereo from the basic floor stereo and made it into a shelf version. Can be placed anywhere (including floor) and has effects disabled.

This item is slaved
The stereo is slaved to the base game moderate stereo and will take all Maxis and cc recolors.
