After downloading the Sims 2: Ultimate Collection on my daughter's computer I volunteered to build a house for her. It's been a long time since I've built anything in the Sims 2 so it took me a while to remember how everything worked, but I think it turned out pretty well! Maya's House has five bedrooms (one of which is set up as a kids' playroom), three and a half bathrooms, daylight basement, pool, playground, attached garage and more. CC-free and Custard-checked. If you have the Ultimate Collection you'll have everything you need for the house to appear as in the photos. Unfurnished, the house will cost you §70,151 and furnished you'll pay §225,572.
