Hello everyone!

This house came with the game, and so I renovated it.

I was looking for a house to be renovated, and I found this one, which had a nice empty space in the lot.

It was a simple house, I guess when comparated, you only have sure that is the same house because of the colors.

Thinking about it now, I guess I rebuilt the house instead of renovating, but anyway! Let's SIMSWORLD intruduces the house for you :D

The house is big. Three stories of confort and cosiness.

It has 3 bedrooms: one single, one double and the master, which has a suite.
We've also got a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, a dining room, a study room, a play room and a gym.

In the backyard we have a gourgerous pool with a bar (is it a bar anyway?) on it. We also have a barbecue area and a garage with a car. (obviously :v )

Nice landscaping as well...

PS: I used only four CC: the staircase, a paiting, a book shelf and a coffee table.
