NL tiny house redone

the tiny house from Nightlife was a cheap house that gave sims a bit of space, but the room off the side of the building ruined what could have been a decent house for 1 or 2 sims, now after ignoring the original's intent of being a starter home the building has a 2nd floor, carport, and balcony built into the roof, the first floor has an office than could be turned into a forth bedroom if needed



the house includes only the basic fixtures, and kitchen appliances, a phone, fire, and theft alarm, make sure your sims can afford at least a bed before moving in.

now this isn't the cheapest change(read not starter), but the price is still low enough that a 1st generation CAS sim could own it after saving up a bit. if you do need the price to be lower your sims can live with a single shower and toilet in the dark right?
