Converted Office Building (CC Free)

This block of offices was empty for a few years before it was bought by a developed and renovated into trendy townhomes. The subway stop was too expensive to take out, so they just left it. Convenient! The block contains four units. The first one is set up for the player and the other three are NPC units, but each is identically furnished in case you want to place more than one family, or you just would rather live in a different unit. Each unit contains four small bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, single car garage, and small outdoor space. All appliances upgraded. You must have Late Night installed for this lot to function as apartments.

To move and/or delete lot markers:
● Press Control+Shift+C
● In the window type "restrictbuildbuyinbuildings false" (without quotations).
● Delete the Hidden Room markers you wish to delete, or just move them to a different unit.
● For a door to function as an NPC door, you must have a Hidden Room marker on the inside and a Public Room marker on the outside. Then in build/buy mode, shift+click the door to bring up the "make NPC door" option.
