Not much else to say, except there's a built-in, unbreakable television in the fireplace so remember to CASt it to match, and if you want to edit the roof or roof levels you need to enable the cheats "testingcheatsenabled true" and "buydebug on".
Two versions because I couldn't make up my mind.
