I've uploaded very few small sized lots (not meaning micro small, of course), so I thought it was time to make one. I don't have much to say about this home. I made it ultra modern, with whites and blacks instead of wood this time. I often mix up styles within a home, but I was rather cohesive this time, straying from the black and white a little bit only in the children's room.

I generally like to make homes with at least 3 bedrooms, but as this house isn't that big, I only made it two bedrooms. However, the basement has a fairly large sized room. I thought you could use it as a hobby room or a study, and can easily split it into two separate rooms if you'd like.
