This modern building has 3 unfurnished apartments, a garage, laundry room and pool.
It's on a corner lot (the only thing from Late Night is the front door).

I've added kitchens and bathrooms plus a little color on the walls, because of course, these apartments had been rented out before

Two of the apartments are on two floors. One large, one medium and one small. The small one could be for your kid when he's ready to move out but not too far away from you

Plenty of room to start a band or paint. And a lots of decorating!
