This is the first lot in a series of Monopoly properties built for the Monopoly Contest that you can find here: http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=569352 Old Kent Road is the first property on the UK Monopoly board. The outside is in keeping with the poverty rule while inside has had a makeover of cheap but stylish items.

This is a small starter suitable for 1-2 sims.

Has all amenities including phone, smoke alarm and burglar alarm.

The back yard is set up for a dog but the bone down a hole probably won't be usable.

CFE used. This lot has not been play tested.
