A holiday when you are not on holiday.

This is a houseboat for the March 'A Day at the Beach' theme.

What you get:
Kitchen, dining, TV sitting area with mock engine steering wheel and toilet downstairs.
Master bedroom, ensuit bathroom, private balcony, spare bedroom, bathroom and sitting area upstairs.
Hot tub, bar, BBQ, sitting and views on the back deck
Extensive landscaping outside.

Playing View:
The boat has an awning partly over the top which obstructs playing view somewhat. It is less with walls cutaway. It is easily removed but does look nicer with it in place.

This is not a beach lot and has no beach lot functions.

Recommended Mods:
Honeywell's Build Sandcastles Anywhere http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=499189 will allow sandcastles to be built out the front.
A garden mod as the plants underwater will grow and cannot be reached.
