Information
This is a sweet little cottage on a 20x15 lot. I wanted this house to look fresh from the inside, but sweet, old, romantic and cozy on the inside with lots of clutter lying around, to really make it feel like it has been lived in for a long time. It was built in Willow Creek, however it can be placed anywhere. There is lots of natural vegetation around the house, as well as many trees to give is a secluded feel. Due to the small size there is no backyard, but there is a little porch at the front where your sims can sit and relax in the setting sun. The master bedroom is downstairs, with a second bedroom and a room for children upstairs. The house could be for a family that wishes to live away from the city, or a lovely elderly couple with many rooms for their grandkids to come visit! This house fits anybody!

You can place the house on a bigger lot and easily add a backyard if your sims so desire. The house has a lot of growth potential!

Important things to know
  1. Due to the small size I managed to sneak a bin into the livingroom. It might be a little misplaced but there's no room in the kitchen. Oh how I wish we still had those Sims 2 garbage compactors!
  2. To spice up the hallway I put in two bookcases through two archways. Because of this the bookcases aren't actually functional. They're just decoration. However there are plenty other bookcases for your sims to get their books from!
  3. This los DOES require Dine Out and Kids Room Stuff. Of course you can still download it if you do not have those packs, but it won't look like the pictures!
  4. Do not reupload to the gallery/MTS/another download website without my permission.

Most importantly enjoy my build! Soon I'll upload a second massive build that will go along my previous giant estate, the Hall of Flames. Same world, same story, so stay tuned for that!
