I finished furnishing this ages ago but ended up hating it (don't ask what's going on with the pool house, or any of it for that matter), however I figure it should be uploaded anyway or else it's just time wasted.
So here it is - a house, with furniture!

Specs: 3 bed, 3 bath, 1 study, 2 parking spots, open plan living, dining and kitchen, small pool, lots of fireplaces (too many fireplaces), pool house/rec room/IDK what, spa, and a laundry/mudroom. Everything's been upgraded to either fireproof > unbreakable > improved. Play-tested.

EPs & SPs: all of them except for Katy Perry, 70s, 80s & 90s, & Movie Stuff.
