This bathroom set is a collection of mostly Maxis, mostly base game recolours. It has two woods -- light, caramel-nougat-y wood and a darker, milk chocolate shade -- and counters in pale blue and green. The only non-base-game items are the ceiling light (OFB), the large topiary plant (NL), and the rugs (NL or +). The .rar includes a collection file and icon. All files have been Compressorized, and the colour options are interchangable.

My recolours are of the 3x4 (which also apply to the 2x3 and 1x2 sizes) and the 1-tile Door Mat. These should require base game, plus NL or a later EP.

The set also comes with matching walls (5 mottled paints and 5 damask wallpapers, all with white trim) and floors (2 herringbone hardwood, 2 checkered linoleum, and 3 sandy-swirl poured).
