Hi everyone! Today I am bringing you another house build! Not a big house this time, however, but one that I still feel will let your Sims live a nice luxury lifestyle. This little one story home is based on homes I have stayed out while on vacation in Hawaii. The properties were made up of a main house with an open floor plan, a middle building or courtyard, and a guest house.

The main house of this lot is one bedroom and two bathrooms. The floor plan is open with a wide foyer that leads to the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Straight through the back of the house is a small patio with a fire pit and fish pond. I used fog emmiters to fill the pond with fish as well Up the stairs will lead you into a mini building. I decided to turn it into a small bar area where your Sims can hang out and watch TV and make drinks with friends. Finally, out of that is the pool and guest house. The guest house can hold two sims. The pool and patio include a hot tub, outdoor grill, and a wide overhead pergola.

I hope you enjoy this little island house. I love it so much and currently have it as my Sim's vacation house. Hopefully, you can find a home for it in your worlds as well. Happy Simming!
