This small, lively home features sleek, modern edges with an elegant, feminine bite. Recently upgraded, and re-decorated, this fully furnished home has been well taken care of... mostly. The second bedroom was used for storage, but can easily be converted to whatever your sim family needs! Easily convert the second bedroom into, well, a bedroom. If your sim is expecting, they can expect the second room to be the perfect size for a nursery. Speaking of size, your sim fam could even bulk up in this by converting it to a gym! The possibilities are (mostly) endless! Plus, the spacious backyard would make for a great garden or pool area.
