A charming shack once owned by an equally charming witch, Miriam Spellbrew. Travellers running low on ingredients for their spells, hexes, curses, and potions will be relieved to spot this shack as they round the corner.

Features
Listed/functions as a retail lot but with enough amenities for your sims to live in the back of the shop. Or, change it to residential if you don't want to actually run a retail shop! (In-game mechanics don't actually allow you to live on a residential lot. You'll need to buy an empty residential lot (there are some pretty cheap ones around) to act as your sim's "home" lot, and then you can just travel to the shop and never go back to that "home" lot!)

NOTES
To get the lot AS PICTURED with all items sized and placed as intended, you must:
enable MoveObjects BEFORE placing the lot
Place the lot directly through build/buy mode
It is also recommended that you enable access to career items.

Cheats Used
In Manage Worlds, Play Mode, or Build/Buy Mode press CTRL+SHIFT+C then type your desired cheat and press enter.
