A small house furnished for two, with an empty spare bedroom.
19.740 furnished when placed on one of the cheap 15 x 20 lots (e.g. Crick Cabana as in the screenshots). You may want to add a floor lamp in the living room (was kicked out when I was experimenting with getting move objects to work, I realised too late that it's now missing).
