Hi! This is my first time uploading a house here, but I hope you enjoy! This was my favorite starter home in the Sims 2, so I built it in the Sims 4! It's a two bedroom, one bath, ranch style house. It's built with base game content only, but uses one of the new lights added in patch 1.30 so you'll need this update to have all of the content. The in-game price for it is $15,644.
