Inspired by the application foundation provided in a recent contest , I decided to make a small series of homes all under 25k with the same guidelines as the contest.





This home has:
  • Most of the requirements under the spoiler tag - 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, fenced (back)yard, all items needed for the animals and the Bone Rug on the front porch. (I couldn't afford a "special item" for the pampered pets this time.)
  • Master bedroom has attached bath with shower, additional bathroom off of living room.
  • Fun animal theme throughout with walls and floors.
  • "Cat room" in the back of the house with beds, toys and scratching posts.
  • Space for dogs in the backyard with bones, bowls and tub for bath time. (Bushes and flowers for dogs to "water". )
  • Fire alarm, burglar alarm and phone.
  • Minimal landscaping to keep the cost inside rather than outside!

No CC was used, but all EPs/SPs are installed.
