Inspired by the application foundation provided in a prior contest, I decided to make a home for each family on the Round 2 foundation with the budget of 35k. I have also tried to adhere to the rules of the contest in regards to the families needs and wishes, to make this a fun challenge for myself.

It is by a happy accident that this home was up next and just happened to correspond with the Pets theme this month. It really is fitting as the house is made to house a family and their many pets.

It's a cute, quirky little home, but I think it is fun to play.

Who are the Newman family anyway?!


This home has:
  • 2 bedrooms.
  • 2 full bathrooms.
  • Fire alarm, burglar alarm, and phone.
  • Space plotted for a driveway install later.
  • Fenced yard with dog houses and bowls and special pet room with beds, bowls and litter pans.
  • Pet items for two dogs, two cats, a fish, a bird and a womrat. (The special Bonafide rug is also used.)
  • Minimal landscaping, but enough to complement the house and provide the dogs nice places to piddle.

No CC was used, but all EPs/SPs are installed.
