Community Spirit - Round 3 - Newman - No CC!

This is the home I built for the third round of joandsarah77's Community Spirit Contest.

This family (Newman) is an animal loving one, and as such, has 2 dogs, 2 cats, a bird, a womrat AND fish! On top of that, they would like to not spend over 50k and would like a spare bedroom in case anyone without allergies is brave enough to venture a visit! Inside this home, you will find dedicated spaces for the finicky cats, a backyard perfect for dogs who dig, a small aviary for a winged friend, and a fish tank in the master bedroom (as we all know fish are so calming to look at while drifting off to sleep...). The outside, while not only home to the dogs domain, boasts a small pond in the shape of a paw with a sprinkler in the middle. This pond is ready and able to be fished from, so that the owners and pets have a steady stream of tasty fish that don't come from the in-house tank. The guests can also enjoy a small balcony space off of their room for a bit of fresh air should they choose. A faux driveway is lain, so when the time comes, one can be installed with no guesswork as to where it should go.

This house has all the basics included (fire alarm, burglar alarm and phone) and is a two bed/one and a half bath arrangement. No CC was used, but all EPs/SPs are installed.
