Hey all,

I'm continuing down the "boxy" road, so today I'm bringing you another minimalistic house for minimalism lovers. It's a quite small lot, 2x2, but it feels larger because of the huge garden and patio. The actual house is quite slim and only has 2 floors, but the living space feels more spacious than it looks. However, I wouldn't recommend more than 1 sim living here, unless you feel like adding an extra bed of course.

It's also not so pricy like my other houses on here, your sims can get it for just §77,045! Wow, what a bargain huh?

You might want to use a gardening mod if you don't want the flowers to die. I would recommend "Perfect Plants" or "Perfect Gardens" from Simbology at http://www.simbology.com/smf/index.php?topic=13.0. Just scroll down the first post and you'll find them in the list.
