Inspired by the real Stradella residence in Los Angeles by SAOTA architects, I present to you this modern villa that combines a fine flair with modest minimalism. This is essentially the ideal house for your rich and famous Sims.

It's a two-story, fully furnished house designed with a sense of elitism and and privacy. Just like with most of my other creations, the house is not an exact copy of the existing building but rather a reimagination. I'd recommend you to place this lot on a high hill or mountain in your neighborhood, since that will enrich the experience of overlooking a vast cityscape below.

SAOTA’s first completed project in Los Angeles, Stradella, is a remodel of an existing 1970’s house on a beautiful promontory in Bel Air. The original layout of site and dwelling were well planned to ensure privacy from the street and to address spectacular views over the LA basin, capturing the full panorama from Downtown to Century City, with mountains to the east and ocean to the south.
