After a long while, I finally have the second Rodney home for upload! This home is truly for those Sims who love to party and have a good time with their friends.

In keeping with the spirit of the original contest, this home is on a round two foundation and has a budget of 35k. Since it is for the Rhodes family, I also adhered to the original rules for that family when it came to decorating.



I attempted to strike a balance between usable indoor and outdoor space with the Rodney home. Being a couple that likes to par-tay, Summer would be their season of choice! They have a pool with diving board, reclining patio chairs for those post-BBQ naps, and seating on the covered back porch for them plus two. A juice barrel, radio, bar and Cool Shades (for confidence!) are guaranteed to make things that much more fun for the attendees! When the night comes around, there is plenty of light to keep the party going or to move inside and dance a bit under the "starry city skies", relax on one of the couches or play a bit of chess to unwind. Ample kitchen space and multiple entry and exit ways help keep everyone moving with no traffic jams.

  • 1 bedroom/ 1.5 bathrooms.
  • Fire alarm, burglar alarm and phone.
  • All the requirements under the spoiler tag - pool, BBQ, BBQ eating area, a large room to dance in (with stereo) and the Little House Lantern (by the lounge chairs).
  • Three items from the party tab - juice barrel, bar and balloons (by the lounge chairs).

No CC was used, but all EPs/SPs are installed.
