4 Frugal Lane - C

Sticking to my self-imposed budget of 20k for Frugal Lane homes, this is a home that might do well in a rural or wooded area due to the earthy, wooded exterior siding. Perfect for siblings or friends, the bedrooms and bathrooms lend equal space to whomever stays here - however the matchy bedrooms end here! These two bedrooms are NOT the same this time around. I would imagine this home to be for those who mostly prefer gambling gaming and would fancy having a puppy/dog around to build memories with. You will find the kitchen a bit sparce, as I built this with pleasure/fun seeking inhabitants in mind - those who would just order pizza and have microwave meals and sandwiches, rather than actually cook.

This may also be a nice college town home, as each bedroom has a private bookcase and desk for concentrating on studies. All it would take is to easily switch out the bedroom doors for Myne doors. There are lots of fun things to do to get the Fun meter back up after an intense cram session and even a coffee pot to fuel those all-night homework marathons! The choice, as always, is yours!
