House on the Bayou: Stilts Platform/Pier & Matching Deco Stairs
The bad news is that Sims houses are destined to stay firmly attached to the ground beneath them.
The good news is you don't need to raise them to build your very own, habitable house on the Bayou.
With this kit making a house on stilts is a breeze!
The kit contains two items: the Stilts Platform and the Pier stairs. Use the platform to create the stilts around your home and a walkways or piers. Attach wooden stairs wherever needed. Both come in seven, made to match colors.
Instructions for building your own Bayou home are in the pictures above.
Platform and stairs are decorations only. They will float on pool and fountain water. They will not interfere with Sims walking or swimming. No cheats are required. Always place the water before adding the platforms.
Both the Stilts Platform and the Pier Wooden Stairs are in the Decorative section, under Statues.
The price for the platform is: 100 Simoleons
The price for the Deco Stairs is: 50 Simoleons

Recolors and mesh edits by me.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below for more information.
