While precariously perched and leaning on the more simple side of floor plans, this studio makes up for space with neat curb appeal.



The house itself is pretty streamlined, but be warned, that roof is all the byproduct of copious amounts of CFE - I would highly recommend not adding any additional features to the lot, or you will break the roof.

There is no custom content in this lot, and it was made using only the base game. A while back my computer bit the dust and, unfortunately, I lost all of my WIP houses. Keep in mind, I have not uploaded anything in nearly three years, so there was a lot of content which will never see the light of day unfortunately. Consider this as dipping my toes back in the water!
