Completely CC-free, this community lot is a perfect destination for party-loving sims who aren't afraid of the seedier side of town where an old rundown warehouse is being used for raves. One section of the warehouse is a slightly cleaner galleria-like area with a few dining options to refuel in between parties. The dance floor section also has a large bar, and even a secret makeout room in the back!

A copy of this lot has been playtested, the packaged version has never been visited by any sims.
