Lot Desc: A historic, gothicesque, brick manor. Rumors of past deaths, unusual occurances, and mystery, whisper through the beautifully antique halls of this house. Some sims claim to hear the piano play itself on the darkest of nights, to feel a chilling presence following their every move, to see the paintings and portraits change and morph into something horrifying with a wayward glance, and to taste the metallic tinge of blood as they lie to rest at night.

I tried to make it sound spooky lol



The unfurnished price is §224,706 and the furnished price is §576,678.

I used all of the following EPs and SPs: Base Game, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, Into the Future, Fast Lane Stuff, Outdoor Living Stuff, Master Suite Stuff, and Movie Stuff.

I have only used exactly one object each from Into the Future, Fast Lane Stuff, Master Suite Stuff, and Movie Stuff, so if you don’t have these not many objects will be replaced.

I recommend omegastarr82's maxis-match overhead cabinets. I used them in the kitchen, and it won't look the same without them. They're in package format, so they are not included in the download.

Please download Wilmer Window Dormer by Mutske, I cannot include it in the sims3pack itself.
