Are you looking for an affordable, small, starter apartment for your sim? Well then this is not the place for you!

Lunight Apartments features a two bedroom apartment for your sim, but that's not all! If you move in now, we'll double your offer! Two separate apartments for two separate families within one household! But wait, there's more! This apartment even features an unoccupied floor-space that you can turn into a shop, lounge, cafe, or whatever suits your fancy. One of the two apartments even includes a balcony!


Heh.. anyways--

All aspects of the apartment are fully decorated, aside from the empty room on the first floor.
The first apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a balcony. The second apartment has two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The space on the ground floor may look like it's marked with a hidden room marker, but no worries, it's not. I just used completely black walls and floors to make it seem that way.

The unfurnished price is 8,063 simoleons, while the furnished price is 155,772 simoleons. The unfurnished version is still downloadable as well.

For the unfurnished version, I used objects from the base game, World Adventures, Ambitions, Island Paradise, and of course, Late Night. The furnished has objects from all EPs and SPs except the following: University Life, Katy Perry's Sweet Treats, Diesel Stuff, 70s, 80s, & 90s Stuff, and Movie Stuff. Technically only Late Night is required for the lot to work, but it wouldn't look right.

Only five pieces of CC were used in the making of this building. A floor grate rug made by Cyclonesue used for the fire escape, a door by Devirose used as each apartment's front door, a table by Art Vitalex, a lighting fixture by DOT and maxis match cabinets by omegastarr82 here on MTS ** They are package files, so you must download them seperately -> here ** . Additionally, I have a package file of the half-wall fixes and a curtain height adjustment that I used in this download from right here on MTS! (Thank you simsi45 and granthes!) Credit to all three of these amazing creators.

I've never seen another apartment building that has two separate apartments in one, so hopefully I'm not the only one who has been looking for such!
