Lot Desc: A combo building with a quaint eatery and a basic office, that no one is really sure of what it's used for. The pizzeria is perfect for an inexpensive night out with friends or family, while the right building is one story of a charming little book store called The Book Nook and two stories of office, including some, slightly questionable design decisions. It has been said that owner chose green for the carpets because it "demands productivity" or some such nonsense.

I made this lot as part of the #themebusiness creator theme :}

The unfurnished price is §100,328 and the furnished price is §176,110.

I used all of the following EPs and SPs: Base Game, World Adventures, Generations, Ambitions, Late Night, Pets, Seasons, Showtime, Supernatural, Island Paradise, Into the Future, Outdoor Living Stuff, High-End Loft Stuff, and Fast Lane Stuff.

I only used one object from Seasons, decorative books from Supernatural, a few wall decorations from Pets, the outdoor chairs in front of the pizza shop from Showtime, and only two objects from Fast Lane Stuff, so if you don't mind them being replaced, you wont need those EPs and the SP.
