Lot Desc: Despite only having two floors, this mediterranean style house fulfills any sim's need for space. With a seven-car garage, and a seven-car driveway, this mansion will easily become the life of any party! Fit for celebrity sims with simoleons to spend, and a fantastic place to live out a life of, you guessed it, paradise!


I was originally going to call the house Mediterranean Dream, but a TS4 house on here is already called that, which I discovered after a quick search, so to be original I went with Mediterranean Paradise even though it doesn't flow as well. Eheh..

(I think this may be my personal favorite of all the mansions I have made so far. It's kind of a tie between this one and my Asian one..)

The unfurnished price is §368,143 and the furnished price is §826,511.

I used all of the following EPs and SPs: Base Game, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, Town Life Stuff, Outdoor Living Stuff, and Master Suite Stuff.

I only used around two objects the Town Life Stuff Pack, so if you don't mind them being replaced, you wont need the SP.

All functioning furniture is fully accessible.

I recommend omegastarr82's maxis-match overhead cabinets. I used one in the cellar, but it's not completely necessary.

I also used one of mutsuke's maxis-match railings, to match up with its respective fencing, but it cannot be included in the download as per TSR's policies on their featured creators. It can be found here.
