This morning after posting Crumpton Lodge I was all set to dive back into another set of Lilac recolours, but my fingers were all, "LOLOLOLOL Nooooo! You're gonna build some more!" and so this happened. And even this didn't go according to plan. What started as a shipping-containery, sleek and modern Astro/PETS kinda house turned into a very different place by the time I was done. Also I'm 4000% sure that a hipster lives here.

Ruby Rest is a no-CC, fully furnished home. On a 2x2 lot, it costs ยง43,159. I kinda see it as a post-starter, for a single sim or couple who are progressing in careers but aren't ready to expand the family -- or it could be a fun place to retire to. It's a tiny house, but there's plenty to do and to use for skilling, including a sewing machine in the bedroom loft. There's even room to entertain friends, accommodations for the family cat, and a pond to keep that refrigerator stocked.
