another one of my improved lots of the EA pre-made buildings. i really liked the idea of a large factory building shared among different sims with lots of activities for them.

each room is themed after a hobby/activity. i made them distinct, so maybe you can create a distinct sim for each room!

5 bedrooms
4 bathrooms
2 small pools

the only CC i use when building lots is the wonderful Clutter Anywhere mod by plasticbox . i just use it to put clutter on the shelves, if you place this lot without the mod, dont worry, your shelves will just look empty.
