Hello hello everyone! Well, with the summer months coming to an end, I decided to say farewell to summer by giving you all a nice big luxury beach house for your Sims! This four bedroom, four bathroom residence makes the perfect summer home for anyone and features high class amenities and exceptionally detail furnishings! The home is made up of three levels and the floorplan is as follows:

LOWER LEVEL:
- One Car Garage
- Lower Landing
- Laundry Room

MAIN LEVEL:
- Foyer
- Dining Room
- Living Room
- Kitchen
- Sunroom
- Guest Bedroom
- Guest/Hall Bathroom

SECOND LEVEL:
- Master Bedroom
- Guest Bedroom
- Kid's Bedroom
- Three Bathrooms

The house is surrounded by wrap-around decks with stairs connecting all three levels! Luscious landscaping brings a true island feel to the property, and there is a second underside space to park your Sim's boats! One tiny thing that you may find is that the wind boards in the garage may rest onto the ground but just click them and they will snap right back onto the walls!

BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!

As an extra bonus for you all, I have decided to offer unfurnished versions of this home as well in green, blue, orange, and pink! The interiors are empty and all wall coverings and specially colored objects such as sinks and kitchen counters have been set as plain white. The interiors do, however, consist of everything that would be in the home upon first moving in, so all light fixtures, bathrooms, kitchen appliances, and laundry room appliances have been left inside. You can then furnish and decorate them however you want! To repeat, the YELLOW house is the only one that comes fully furnished!
