46 Island View-Beach Hut Starter for Isla Paradiso

Hi fellow simmers!

I return with another home built in the style of Isla Paradiso. It is a TINY beach hut perfect for that sim that is just always at the beach, coming home only for a quick snack and a nap before heading out again. So here it is!



It is a starter home for a single sim and as said before it is TINY! The downstairs is occupied entirely by a small living space and kitchen and a ladder leads up to a cabin level with a single bed and WC. I would like to add that I am particularly proud of this lot because it so small but it is still perfectly functional and looks lovely too

The shower is outside by the pool because there is no space inside. I originally installed an all in one bathroom from the EP but it costs $4,500 so bumped the price right up to above starter home level despite the lot being so little! So I scratched that and compromised! There is also no sink because there is only one counter space which is needed for food preparation but there is a dishwasher

Continuing the tropical island theme there is plenty of gaudy colourful decour and a peaceful patio area and pool for enjoying the summer days and nights.
