For my first Sims 4 upload I've chosen a contemporary lot plan. A private fenced in courtyard leads to the foyer and from there enter into the very open floor plan. There is also a private fenced hot tub area located on the front left of the lot. This lot has a master en suite, a child's room, a 3rd bedroom and an office. There is also plenty of room for entertaining in the bar area which features a ping pong table. Just off of the bar area is a covered patio with a scenic view of the back yard and beyond.
