Starter Victorian with 3 Bedrooms

I know this victorian home looks like every other victorian on the block but I created the home for a multi-generational family and needed 3 bedrooms for mother and father, grandmother and grandfather and the 2 children. It also has 1 1/2 baths as I didn't want grandma or grandpa to wet their pants while waiting on the children to get out of the bath. It has the necessary items for sim life, the TV, Computer, books and chess table. The furnishings and decorations are limited to the necessary items and the landscaping is sparse as you can't do a whole lot with a 20X15 lot. I managed to build the lot for just under $20,000. This will enable your family to have a little money left over to live on until they can obtain work.
