Hello! I'm excited to present my first upload here on MTS. I've recently decided to start a new BACC and wanted to create my own map for it.
And then I figured: why not share it?
Lucky River, according to legend, is blessed: Generations of fishermen have claimed that their catches are "bigger and better" the closer their lines are cast to the fish-shaped island.
The southeast corner of the map is excellent for luxurious mansions or fruitful farms.
Across the bridge and to the east is a network of roads perfect for businesses and numerous small homes/apartment buildings.
The middle and western sections of Lucky River are great streets for family homes of all sizes.
Follow the road to the northeast corner and one will reach a perfect area for Sims who prefer a quieter spot to settle down.
I highly recommend GunMod's Camera Mod to get the most out of Lucky River!
