I realized it's been a while since I'd put out a map with many roads. I also realized I wanted to start a new BACC, and with that came the itch to create a fresh map to play with!

So I present Compass River, named for the river that goes in every cardinal direction.

This map is perfect for a large neighborhood or shopping district.

The mainland boasts large hills and a nice plateau--I recommend this area for houses!

The secondary chunk of land is great for shopping and activities for your Sims.

Next, the third largest strip would make for a number of apartment complexes or more shopping (if your Sims have tons of Simoleons burning their pockets).

Finally, the smallest area tucked away in the corner is perfect for Sims who like to live a little "out of the way", or a few nature parks!
