Humandroid body skin and mesh:
Available in all clothing categories, for adult male only.
Choose this outfit for everyday, formal, swim, sleep, underwear, and athletic to ensure a consistent look (except when Sim is nude – not available as a default skin – you probably wouldn’t want all your Sims to look like this when naked.)

Non-existent scalp:
Available in male hair. Really only of use for this Sim. Will produce an invisible cranium in all others.

Creepy face:
Available in eyebrows (to ensure permanence - won’t wash off. I didn’t make this skin for the entire body because the rest of the “human” skin wont be seen.)
You can use a normal Sim face instead if you want.

Installation:
Unzip the file. You will get six files.
There will be two files with names ending with “_Downloads.package.” Place them in you’re My Documents / EA Games / The Sims 2 / Downloads directory.
There will be four files with names ending with “_SavedSims.package.” Place them in you’re My Documents / EA Games / The Sims 2 / Saved Sims directory.

Limitations:
Will work for adult male Sim only. Once the Sim has been placed in a neighborhood, if you want you can use SimPE to change the “Days Remaining” and “Age Duration” so he wont change to elderly for a very very long time. Find SimPE and tutorials here: http://sims.ambertation.de/download.shtml
Wont work properly if the Sim becomes fat or pregnant. (If this ever happens, you could use SimPE to change him back to fit or normal if you wish.)
